Electronic Banking, Cash, Money Order, Cheque.
Note: All cheques must be cleared prior to dispatch of goods.

On receiving your order
We will email a reply advising the following.

If items required are available.

You will be sent a Proforma Invoice for the items ordered.

On receiving your Proforma Invoice, direct deposit the Balance into account shown,
then you must email or facsimile the payment receipt, to enable goods to be dispatched at the time required.

All Items must be paid in Full before they can be dispatched.

Transportation

You have the choice of: Courier Service - Australia Post - Bus Freight - Pack & Send.

1. CoverUp Wedding & Event Hire arranging and charging for delivery.
2. You may arrange and pay for collection of items ordered.

In the case of Rental Items

1. CoverUp Wedding & Event Hire arranging and charging for delivery and collection.
2. You may arrange and pay for collection and return for items ordered.

Rental Payment terms

All Rental Hire is charged at a day rate, you agree to pay for all additional days on overdue items not returned by the due date.
Rental cancellations made within 5 days of the event will incur a 10% charge of total order amount.
Goods being ready for collection the day after the event are the responsibility of the hirer.
Rental prices quoted are for "Dry Hire Only" unless an installation fee is charged.
By accepting delivery of these items you are agreeing to pay the Replacement or Repair cost for all Lost or Damaged items at our current wholesale price.
All Items on Rental Hire remain the property of CoverUp Wedding & Event Hire.

By accepting this Proforma Invoice you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of CoverUp Wedding & Event Hire which are available on request. For further information refer to our "Terms & Conditions" section.
